Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. Receipt or proof of purchase also required.

To start a return, please contact us at Info@shopclasschic.com to request a Return Authorization Form.  You will be provided instructions on how to return your item(s). The cost of shipping returns back to ClassChic Apparel is the responsibility of the customer.  Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like masks, lingerie, under garments, swim suits and bodysuits.  Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
